  1. GLOCALDELIVER is an online platform which enables registered users ("Transporters") to do delivering services by own terms and to communicate and transact directly with who are seeking to find such Delivery Services ("Buyers").
  2. As GLOCALDELIVER stands by as an organizer of delivering services, GLOCALDELIVER will not own, create, provide, control, manage, offer, deliver or supply any Delivering services on the website and has no control over or guarantee the suitability or legality or safety of Delivery Process.
  3. Member being "Registered" only indicates that Member has completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing else. It does not mean that Member is trustworthy, certificated or guarantee by GLOCALDELIVER. GLOCALDELIVER does not take any responsibility of any Member's identity or have obligation to provide a form of government identification.
  4. When you are choosing GLOCALDELIVER Platform, you understand that GLOCALDELIVER does not involve in your delivering process and you act exclusively on your own behalf and for your own benefit. You are merely pledged for consent to any of Laws, Rules, Regulations and Tax Obligation of respective countries that may apply to your use of GLOCALDELIVER Platform. Here you acknowledge that you are taking those risks willingly by participating in Delivering Process.
  5. To promote GLOCALDELIVER Platform, and to increase exposure of Potential Transporters, Members' content may be displayed on other websites, in applications, within emails, and in online and offline advertisements. To assist Members who speak different languages, our platform might get help translations powered by Google; GLOCALDELIVER cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of such translations.
  6. For best users' experience, GLOCALDELIVER may update or improve GLOCALDELIVER Platform and Services periodically.
  7. By using GLOCALDELIVER Platform, both parties (Transporters and Buyers) have acknowledged to sell or buy Legal and both agreed items. We are encouraged both parties to work with transparency & accountability.
  8. All registered user needs to keep their User Profile Account to be updated with accurate and complete information ever so often. Any may not unveil private credentials to third parties.
  9. GLOCALDELIVER makes Transporters solely responsible for setting a price for their delivery fee and for projecting restriction of delivering items.
  10. Buyers may leave a public review and submit their experience with a stars or minus sign about Transporters who they had worked together with. Ratings and Reviews must be sincere and should not contain any offensive, manipulative or defamatory language. It is the reflection of Buyers' impression, not the reflection of GLOCALDELIVER's opinion or recommendation.
  11. If you have bad experience when communicating with Transporters or any Registered user of GLOCALDELIVER, you may contact to GLOCALDELIVER Support. GLOCALDELIVER may investigate the issue and if GLOCALDELIVER finds out they engage in appropriate or fraud manners, GLOCALDELIVER may take action including stop giving access to GLOCALDELIVER Platform, even with new registration.
